Hey everyone! I’m sorry about this confusion but I missed this mistake around 6:10. When I’m talking about eating enough protein in a day I mix up lbs with kg. You should eat around 2 grams of protein per kg body weight total in a day. And around 1g protein per lbs total in a day. Thanks for watching!

This is a really good question. I herniated 4 discs in my back over a year and a half ago and had one surgery in December, and another on the same disc in January when it re-herniated twice as big as before. After spending most of the year and a half in bed, and with the injury that affects every part of my body I move, it has been SO hard to lose weight. I also have 6 kids and my life is crazy!

I was impressed about breakfast, 🙈, for me is too much 😅. Definetely my favourite snack is finn crisp, mash avocato and salmon (like you express: Yummy !😋) This is the program to gain muscle mass, right? I will be waiting the diet and maintenance cycles 😊. Could you do a video on diet for cutting muscle mass? I was a swimmer, and I still, even as a woman, years later, naturally put on muscle easily (I have broad shoulders, V-shape, etc.), but I'd like to cut mass and get a "thinner" build, but still fit, without losing strength. So: athletic builds who want to be fit, but less muscular?

Back when the movie was released the only thing the media wanted to know was about this demanding training. In some very old interviews Alex mentioned that he has a “fast metabolism”, that he always had trouble gaining weight in his youth. I was wondering if that presented an extra challenge for the Tarzan training? Thank you.

i dont understand why people think of cardio as "burning muscle" the circumference of type 2x muscle is larger than Type 1 A, so u r not BURNIG anything, u r just changing the ratio of muscle in your body
How long you have to wait after breakfast or any meal of the day to work out? I can’t do before breakfast because I have no energy I need to organize my day because it’s not like I can wait 3 hours so I need to organize if I wake up early or what can I do same at night thank uuuu

Guys like Ryan Reynolds and The Rock maintain year round so instead of having to do the crazy bulk cut stuff they just have to focus on adjusting food and what the role requires physically. Not taking some skinny dude and pack a bunch of muscle on ASAP. Hope that made sense.

You can easily eat potatoes and rice and get lean. Just don't overdo it and don't forget the training.

40g of protein. Thats usually around 2scoops (depends on the size of the scoop) Most scoops are about the same size though. Check the label!

The more experienced the lifter/athlete the harder it becomes to do both at the same time. Beginners can do it and recomp fairly easily though.
