If I use faux greenery, I like to mix it with natural branches, such as curly willow or river birch. Heck, even sticks out of someone's yard help!

I have all those suggestions in my home, but elevating the tree was a great idea. I have fiddle leaf fig that has been giving me a not quite correct vibe. I just elevated it.......voila, fixed! Love your channel Kiva ❤️

Decorators, designers, and influencers who pooh-pooh faux plants or dried plants and flowers (Nate Berkus) get on my nerves.
Granted, I love gardening and taking care of my live indoor and outdoor plants. However, there are spots in the house where I want greenery but sunlight is insufficient and I don’t want to install a plant light. In those instances, I will substitute with a faux plant.
Speaking of live plants, if they cannot drain, they will soon die. But I have vintage hardwood floors throughout the house. A few years ago I figured out a failsafe way to keep live plants healthy and thriving indoors and allowing them to drain while sparing the floors and keeping them entirely free of damage from plant water runoff, all while using beautiful, decorative planters and no unsightly drip trays.
I need to make a UA-cam video about indoor and outdoor potted plants and how to keep them from staining your concrete and damaging your floors. 😉
I just want to tell that you that you have taken this simple decor person to an out going styling viewer thanks so much and inexpensive done I have learned so much from u and enjoy coming to a stylist home still working on projects
