I’ve watched the MV multiple times. Apparently I will never not get choked up during it. This is a love letter to InSomnia. Also they HAVE struggled. Due to their sound they are treated like the red headed stepchild of KPop in South Korea. This is why they are far more accepted internationally. Apart from the adversity, they’ve been wanting that first win for so long. It took from debut to MAISON to get it. Even though they got robbed for Deja Vu which should have been their first win. ROSE Blue, one of my many missed songs that I'll have to go back and check out! It really is such an amazing song/anthem to insomnia and I agree, whenever I see the clip of them with their first win I get choked up!
Personally for me this song is definitely a throwback at their earlier sounds. Definitely one of my top few picks for their songs. Also the message behind the song is really touching, it being a fan song is a bonus. It shows how much they appreciate their fans to the point that they're saying we're the reason they're where they are now.
It's so nice to see them go back to the roots even their sound is evolving. I think the success of Reason shows that we are hungry for more ROCK Dreamcatcher!

As you probably know Dreamcatcher had to fight for their popularity and stairs represent them going up to the top, facing a lot of hardships. In the begining people told them that they will never bevoopular with their style of music, but against all odds they stuck to it, climbing to the top, gaining more popularity all the time. The stairs are basically them being "stair idols", slowly getting where they are supposed to be 😁
I never knew to that extent. Being somewhat new to them I knew their sound was not the popular type, but I think it finally made sense when they got their first win and I saw how much it meant to them and to all the fans!
This is for me their best song. Musically, vocally, rap wise (Dami/SuA, Dami, Gahyeon/Dami) and the meaning of the song. I’ve been with Dreamcatcher since September 2019. The staircase and the struggling is because the way to the top has been a real struggle for them. Rock you say, never going to work in K-Pop, if you girls want to be successful you have to change your sound was what they always told DC. But I’m so glad HappyFace/DCC stuck with their sound. And DC showed everybody how they were wrong with the double win of Maison. Always will be an InSomnia and we’ll be together beyond the limits.
My first introduction to them was BeCause, so I didn't really understand the struggle they had to go through. But when seeing them get that first win, you can just see how much music means to them and just how much they love Insomnia!

Nice reaction. "Reason" ist an incredable Fansong, so hard, catchy and emotional. I know Dreamcatcher since "Piri" and have never been disappointed since. For some heavier stuff I recommend "Breaking out" and "No more". As well as "Break the wall". Also some covers: "My house" live, "Overdose" live, "Speechless", "Faded", "Copycat" Unfortunately without video but very good: "In the Frozen", "Silent night", "Trap" There are dozens more songs that are above average.
