One question- the firmness that is added with the storage- is it good or bad for the overall comfort? Have anyone used it as a bed or is there any feedback on sleep comfort? Any wear and tear/durability updates welcome as well!

It's pretty firm which is what we like for sitting. No issues with firmness on our end. We haven't actually slept on it nor for guests so can't really comment on that...
Durability, the fabric definitely has a bit of a darker mark now where my husband sits

Hello! Yup it's doing fine so far, no issues as of now :)

I looked a bit more closely and there's a bit of darkening of the fabric where my husband likes to sit :( but otherwise it's in good shape

How is everything with the sofa?

It's good! It now has some darker stains where my husband sits all the time. I think maybe because his pants are usually dark colored? Not too sure. It is only a bit faded where I normally sit.
It is harder to move around than I originally thought, so we don't change the orientation much
