Hi, similar to a separate application in Helsinki, I might need to send the attested hard copies of my certificates and transcripts to eastern Finland for this joint application. According to the requirements, only scanned copies of original documents are needed during the application period. However, in the country-specific requirements, it states that the copy of the degree certificate and transcript of records must be officially certified (attested) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh, specifically the Consular and Welfare Wing. Each page of the transcript of records and the degree certificate must carry the original seal and signature of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh. I have already sealed my copies from my university after obtaining all these attestations. Should I just cut the seal and scan the attested documents, or should I send the hard copies now?
I can say about Helsinki University for Master’s degree application where you don’t have to send any hard copies of your credentials right now, if you can send the soft copies of your certificate and transcript from your controller official mail. There is a clause regarding this on the website. I did the same thing last year and got the offer letter.
@@taifurrahman545 I know about research based universities in Joint Application only. You can upload either main documents (colour scan and both sides if there is any signature) or photocopy with attestation. I would recommend you to read the instructions thoroughly on university websites and admission portal. Hope you will be able to more confirm doing these.
@@tutuldas984 no. I wasnt talking about joint application, but the separate application where I was required to send hard copies (verified attestated and sealed) *as my University was unwilling to send those directly.
@@taifurrahman545 please do check out your chosen programme requirement.. As of now, only joint applications are ongoing.. So after selecting your desirable Programme, You'll see the required documents that that particular programme is hoping to receive. And in this application process, you do not need to send hard copies, ( as far as i know, i might be wrong) Only when the University sends you the acceptance letter by 14th April, then you are required to send the hard copies.. And yes, then, you must go through all the attestation process. It is very simple and easy, doesn't take much long. I have done my part within 45 minutes to an hour.
