@@V_V-V_V I don't think you quite got what I was trying to say, I know there are probably people better than this, but I mean doing this run perfectly with 0 prep.
I have so many questions.... 1) how did I get here? 2)What is this amazing thing before me? 3)Is it Japan arcade only? cause it seems like a game. An amazing game.
1. Probably via searching the song after what I assume you saw on the pants video. 2. K-shoot mania, a PC kinda-simulator of the arcade game called SOUND VOLTEX, consists of 4 buttons for the white notes, 2 below for the orange notes and the knobs used for the lazers of their respective color. Keep in mind that this video is a high level stage, if you're going to assume every thing from this game is around the same difficulty as this. 3. It's kinda, arcade version made in japan, this was made by a Japanese person, but K-shoot mania can be downloaded for free. You'll also need to find songs which you can easily find by searching "k-shoot mania songs". You can also play on a keyboard, which may feel like shit at first, but you get used to it, and also try to find the binds that suit your comfort the most. The controllers used for the game (like the one in the video) can be bought from mostly Gamo2, but they cost a pretty penny; best suited for if you really enjoy the game and want to play it like how you'd play on an arcade. I use one myself, and it does make it a lot more fun to play.
Round1 centers tend to have Sound Voltex (as well as many other Japan-only games), so that's your best bet at being able to play the real deal without flying to another continent. Only reason I know about this game is because my local Round1 has SV4 and yesterday I noticed a demo of Freedom Dive playing and was like "holy shit I need this in my life"
+GTi701 The game is free and you can order the controller you see on this video (or the simple edition one) from DjDao, which will cost a pretty penny. Or you could try and play it on keyboard which will take time to get used to.
+GTi701 A slightly cheaper alternative is to order a Turbocharger controller from Virgoo. The knobs feel very different from the arcade-grade ones but as a person who has played on both controllers a fair amount, I definitely recommend the Turbocharger as it is smaller and thus more ideal for regular PC setups.
***** The problem with that is getting one in the first place, due to firewall problems in China, they can only sell in their TaoBao site, and as for contacting them altogether... Good luck on that.
+Grassassin_ Yes, I heard getting into actual contact with Virgoo is difficult and as for purchasing altogether I'm unsure personally since I only own an SVSE9 from Dao. You may need to ask someone who has owned a Turbocharger for more info. Another alternative is the SVSE5 although I've only played on the default stock loadout and I found the stock knobs to be "okay". Personal preference though. Definitely ask my buddy TBL Kitten for info on the SVSE5 if you're interested in that one. He probably has a recommended/ideal loadout for it if you're planning to not use the default stock controller.
i know its pretty late to answer you have propably already gotten wife and have nice job but for someone else reading comments now, those patterns seemed pretty repetitive and simple so they were easy to remember
thats the thing about games like this, you dont *have* to (at least from my experience with rhythm games) Eventually, your mind will register it, so it'll translate directly to your hands, and you don't have to think about it, you just do it. Of course, that point in skill level is different for each person depending on how far they've come in the game and skill in general, but ye
like what a flat screwdriver? what part am i supposed to pry off the black outter frame or the transparent plastic and from what direction? I don't wan't t to break it D:
NekWolf GFX That's probably because you haven't reached the skill to do those levels. I have an SVSE5 on my lap and I can do two lv 16s from SDVX right now. It takes time to get to that point.
the fuck those chart spins LOL
0:57~ What the...
Someday there will be someone who will get this first try having never seen it before, our species will have come that far.
@@xiphosura413 Uhhhh people have sightread harder chart than these. Look at SDVX KAC finals.

It might be hard for you to see the notes but when you are the one playing and your eyes are trained you can see it clearly.
Well, such an insane talent deserves props. I am absolutely amazed.
this is the power of the human ability........
What the actual fuck. Time to retire from my career of rhythm games.
this is how D.va pilots her meka
to pilot it you need to have fast hands and done :)
absolutely fantastic gimmick. total oshama scramble energy

grass_ thank you! I really want try it now it looks super fun. If I like it enough maybe I'll get a controller.
Thread Infinite It's a fan made tribute to an arcade game known as Sound Voltex.

konami despises the us so the best we've got is building your own controller or going to Round1 to play Voltex

NekWolf GFX That's probably because you haven't reached the skill to do those levels. I have an SVSE5 on my lap and I can do two lv 16s from SDVX right now.
