3 string Partagas "Chickenbacker" cigarbox guitar by Chickenbone John

I like putting "wings" onto cigar box guitars - we can use cast-off pieces of timber to fashion the body extensions, and it makes the guitar better balanced for playing on a strap, and more comfortable for playing when seated. This one is somewhat inspired by Rickenbacker body shapes, so perhaps that makes it a "Chickenbacker" . This one has a humbucker with a coil split switch, a simple but effective way of getting more than one basic tone from one pickup.
