Hey 🙋🏼 What up Im glad that u got ur own place I really hoped that by this time u got 2 mill subs . . .. .. . Hummmm Yeah im an OG Since 10 or 20 k 👌🏼 Soo yeah I'ts soo nice to see that things re doing well Much love From Skikda Algeria ❤️🙏🏻
Depending on the age of the house, keep an eye on your hot water heater and AC units. Ten years is usually where things start to go out. Drain the water heater regularly and remember that elements can be changed so you don’t have to replace the entire tank(unless it’s rusted/damaged). Talk to your neighbors. Learn their names, hours, and where they work. Not to be creepy but depending on the person, they’re who sees/watches your house while you’re gone. Plus, friendly neighbors are always a plus.
congats, garage is dope man. You might as well complete the ball out by getting some retractable hose reels for the ceiling , atleast for the air line. Could also do it for high pressure water too
Gotta do epoxy coated floors. I’ve done them on all my houses and family’s. My current house I went with RockSolid Polycuramine metallic and it’s awesome except it chips easy with dropped parts and tools. My old garage was grey with flakes, more durable but not blingy enough. Definitely after you Poor the new concrete, grind and coat floors. I went MaxJax lift since I didn’t have enough height. I have all these projects documented on my channel.
I really like vlogs where people show their house modifications. Like matt moreman at obsessed garage. You should do that. Even installing lights. I would totally watch them.
Congrats on your new home and the upgrades. It's exciting seeing your growth. I know the feeling all too well. We got our new but second home 3 years ago and I'm slowly on the same path as you. Keep it going!!!
You need a big cabinet to store parts ( new and old), also it would be a good idea to put vynil on the washing/clean station wall. It would be easier to clean that wall from all the gunk splatters otherwise your OCD would go through the roof. Congrats on the garage that came with a house Milan, I’m excited for future videos 👊🏽
Looking very good, the hoist is the best have one in my garage , it is really a luxury . Being 83 years young i cud do without it. Hope to see some more of your future layouts , love the equipment that you installed. That air compressor is my favourite 16 cfm is ideal. If you want the ultimate invest in a refrigerated after dryer , that wi give you then a waterless ais, great for painting.
Thanks for the input Jan! I considered making about 50 feet worth of copper hard lines with drains to add before the first hookup for an air hose, so that any heated air can cool down and the water will condense. A proper dryer isn't out of the question, but is a bit expensive for someone who doesn't NEED completely dry air. I'll have to weigh all of my options 👍
Personally that's a dream garage for me, the only Change I'd make is mounting the air hose on the wall around the garage like the garden hose and a radio for some tunes!
Been watching your video since you bought the 9th gen SI . Its been an inspirational about what you are doing all through out the courses man. Anyways, i'm excited for the next vlog on what you gonna do on the SI and make it on the track. Little suggestion on the garage is to put some fire extinguisher in case you might run a problem when you are working the vehicle.
when you did your mini. did you get parts first then had your engin done.after .I am on a buget so if i have my engin ready. how long can it set be for iam ready for the next step.
Hi guys.. i have Newair g73 .. i have a problem that this heater does not stop running.. it should run until the garage is warm then stop .. i replaced the thermostat but i still have the same problem if there is any solution i will appreciate that .. thanks
Looking forward to seeing more on the media recycling kit. That's something I could use and wondering what the install process is like / what the value of the system is. Rock on dude.
The 25 lights are indeed pot lights, so the drywall is cut and the LED lights are recessed. The other spider lights thread into a standard A19 receiver.
I couldn't agree with you more lol my hose has been bothering me lately as I've been coiling it and letting it down on the ground. A reel would be very nice.
Thanks buddy! Yeah man its terrible!! The stupid thing is that when people steal inexpensive things, it is more of an inconvenience having to replace them than anything 🤷♂️
@@milanmastracci I been watching youtube for a while over a decade and I know when a youtuber cares about who is watching and you are one of them. No limit for you take off!
Lovely tour! Looking good with all the upgrades! One thing, I would like a larger aperture on the lens, I wasn’t able to watch any of the stuff you pointed behind you
You should get a retractable air hose wheelie thing which has the air hose all rolled up, you pull the air hose, do your job, and pull it onve and retracts back
I’ve said it before, you and Robbie Ferreira need to do a meet up. You’re both in ON and both SUPER OCD dudes. Would love to see a joint video between you two.
Thanks Joel! So they're Acura RSX-S wheels with 225/45R17 Bridgestone RE71Rs. Lightweight OEM+ wheel setup. I will most likely change them out in the near future for something a bit lighter, but I really like this setup over the stock 18s.
idk if you’re into welding but maybe like a mig/tig maybe something for fire safety like at least overhead sprinklers and maybe a tv (but that’s just me lol)
@@milanmastracci MAST NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO😩😔😫. You worked so hard to get it that thing looking and performing so good. I’m still waiting to get my long tube intakes and watch your vid on the install (ha I got it saved in my favorites). Well, I know you gonna find one and it’s gonna be hot what ever you do to it. Stay warm up there.
Advice: turn off the lights when you're done .. your electricity bill bout to be high as hell ... In other words ..its amazing what you've done to the place so far
Oh I do! If I'm heading inside my house for even a minute, the lights get turned off. I know they're LED, but I'd still like to keep my electricity bill low so I can blow that money on more car parts 😂 Thank you!!!
You will most likely want some kind of retractable hose reels (either wall mounted or ceiling), you will get tired of undoing them off the holder and recoiling them, trust me.
I have definitely thought of that a couple times! I think I'm going to install some sort of air hard line & reel in the garage after the hoist is in. We'll see 🤷♂️
Makes cleanup so much easier than raw concrete and just plain looks nicer...make sure to add the sand in it for traction, if its humid out and the slab is cold condensation forms and it will be like ice. You are up north though so maybe you don't need it...just make sure to do your homework on it.
Love garage tour...but this video is 75% of screen space occupied by your face and you are pointing at something in background that's blurred out. Hope to see more establishing shots of actual garage and stuffs that you are talking about next time.(or b-roll mix)

Thanks Ryan! From the sounds of it from others who have used it, it is a well spent $100 👍
How are those lights installed?
Is it a pot light or sitting on top of the drywall?
The 25 lights are indeed pot lights, so the drywall is cut and the LED lights are recessed. The other spider lights thread into a standard A19 receiver.
good job man....Epoxy the floor...Love your stuff. Welcome back! :)
That would be killer! On the to do list for sure

I would recommend a air hose winder. It saves lots of time and would look great in your garage. Check out harbor freight.

Definitely went over overkill with the hammer drill lol. Garage is looking great
I can say it works VERY well at going through concrete lol

Yes I have! However I want to figure out the hoist situation before going making this floor look pretty.
