You’re a fantastic turner. I’m very new to this. I wish I could afford one of your hollowing systems. And id love to be able to take classes from you. At this point I’ll continue to watch your videos and attempt to take what Ive learned and apply it to the work im doing in my shop.
Hi Keith, Nice to hear from you, thanks for the feedback. The UA-cam videos are entertaining but not a very good teaching tool. As a beginner there are a lot of pieces to the puzzle, none hard to learn but just lots of them. A much better learning resource would be to see my Bowl Basics DVD. Those foundation elements can make you time in the shop a lot more fun and much safer. I would stick with bowls at first and graduate to Hollow Forms when you want to get into those shapes. Hi Ben, Nice to hear from you, thanks for the feedback. The Camera works for folks that have crummy laser systems. But My laser system works. The limits of the camera would drive me crazy. Give me a call if you want more details on my reasoning.

Have a small question?.... is that a different laser your using on your hollowing system?... looks slightly different from mine when I purchased the system from you few years back. Reason I’m asking I caught a glimpse of it in this video and thought I saw like a “ laser label awearness sticker” on it, plus been meaning to order a new laser from you cuz mine been acting up.
