  • I'm not doing student coaching anymore, I moved to another business idea, YT Channel Neural Productivity.
In today's video, I will talk about the PhD Thesis Advisory Committee or TAC. If you are doing a PhD in France, each year you need to meet your TAC (usually two other professors). You present them what you have done so far in the PhD, you discuss problems have you encountered, how to solve them and finally you talk about the plan for the future work. This is very important, especially as PhDs in France are only 3 years long, and the meeting TAC can be very useful. My 2nd year TAC happened a few days ago, and I am sharing it here with you, so that you can get a better picture of the TAC based on my experience. Please subscribe to my channel if you haven't already, and comment down bellow if you liked the video or you have any questions. Thanks for watching.

Congratulations for your good results. This vedio is quiet helpful for me. I am also confused with the future career after incoming phd. Also I am quiet nervous about whether I could get my phd in time.

Helpful video. What did you say to the TAC committee regarding your PhD extension? It could be really useful to me if you can answer this. Thanks.

I didn’t want to extend so I told them that. And they were fine with it as I had enough results to graduate. They did ask if I wanted to extend but I insisted that I finish.
