Yes mine was a little tricky too, you have to twist it on and the press it down! Until it really slots in. Let me know if that helps

Clarisonic is out of business, they have announced it. someone asked about foreo here...I actually have luna mini 2 , switched from mia awhile ago. Much gentler, no replacement parts needed....

I have a fore as well and use it too, I like that it is silicone and does not grow bacteria. I love it for depuffing and cleansing too :)
