Hello Sham. My name is Missy, and I love watching all of the videos on UA-cam. I've noticed that that you have started a work journey. I started my journey over 5 years ago and lost over 100 pounds. You you are doing it all wrong. Please know that my words are to help not hurt. First of all you need a good pair of workout shoes on. A good guy shoe. Also, it would help if you could turn your treadmill around to face the tv and not look at that wall. If you have a show that you like, let that be your workout time. Before you know it the workout is over. Also, you need to stretch before and after a good workout. If you can only do 15 or 30 minutes do that. Its all about building yourself up. Set one pace and stick to it. As you build and get stronger, then add running. Please don't give up, if i can do it you can as well. Yiu are nowhere near the size i was. Fist thing, you need support on your feet my sister. Be encouraged on your journey. Much love

Sham next time you should dress to exersice ans u will feel the diference its like setting the stage putting your body in the frame of mind ... wear socks and sneakers even if ur inside...😊😊😊😊...just a work out tip.. super proud of u ...continue to take small steps...

Sham, if you set the incline as steep as you can manage and power walk as fast as you can manage for 40 mins every day and if you can get on the bike as well for 40 mins every day and maybe have a rest day - you will how see toned your body will get and do lots of stretches - it’s easier to keep up than the jogging as well that can have an impact on your knees ❤
@@jaciasworld I mean the incline might not ne so steep at first, you’re going to build it up over time as you get fitter - the same with the power walk - you start a slow walk to match the incline - because you want to start build up a sweat - that’s how you know you will be burning fat but drink lots of water before, during and after - preferably alkaline water if you can get it - if you can do every day, great if not do 40 mins power walk one day and bike the next but the stretches are equally important - enjoy 😊
