In song mode you want to highlight the full pattern including a few bars prior to the actual start Then hit CTRL ALT C (or COMMAND OPT C on Mac I think) to render it if you didn't already know that You should be fine and from there if you want to reverse it you'll have that long beginning so you can just chop it and re-render it If this doesn't fix it I go to my last step which is duplicate the pattern leaving a few bars apart and render it that way. That ALWAYS does the trick. Hope this helps!
