Well, I've finally done it. I've watched you replace switches in a few different mice and I've had two G Pro Wireless and both of them have the double-clicking issue. 2 months ago I started ordering the parts and supplies to be able to solder my own switches in. I saw you solder in the kailh 4.0 switches on your live stream and asked if these were good and you said definitely so those are what I went with. 2 days ago I completed the entire process. This video was my guide. Thanks a ton for it. I use the 20 gram weight removal vid as well to take a few things out, probably only five grams. The clicks feel great and I'd say for the first time soldering I did an okay job because it all seems to be working perfectly with no double click issues or anything. Thanks a ton for the video without videos like these I'd have no confidence in knowing what I'm going to do. I appreciate it man.

I just did mine for the infamous scroll wheel not working properly and I must say. I've found the g pro to last reasonably well. I get round 3 weeks out of it maybe slightly more but I'm yet still to need to change the batter AAA in my g305. I agree the price difference is high but for me it's more the shape and size that means I prefer the gpw.

Would you consider this sturdy? I dropped mine last night from the desk. It miraculously landed on the scroll wheel and I caught it as it bounced back up. Does the scrollwheel feel sturdy? The way it's attached to the scrolling sensor thing seems to be similar to the way it's on the Ironclaw RGB Wireless. Since 2 of those broke after about 6 months each, I'd like to know if this one is stronger.
hey beardedbob do you think you can help me? my g pro wireless rightclick is jammed and i dont know how to fix it. do you have any ideas on how to fix it?
G pro wireless is a perfect mouse and I love it, but they could still shave off 10+ grams for MK2 if they get rid of useless RGB, charging port (make it powerplay exclusive), smaller battery (since it's constantly being charged anyway), smaller PCBs, integrated wireless charging so it doesn't need the powerplay accessory and poke they could poke on the inside structure without comprising the structural integrity. Lighter the mouse, the more it disappears in your hand and better it feels during long playtimes.

Yes just send it to my POBox and put in the box your order no, name and address. Also include any wireless dongles to allow me to test it.
any problems let me know.
@@Beardedbob sounds great! i put the dongle in the bottom little cover of the mouse and ill be sending the mouse out in just a few hours. My only issue is the clicking not being consistent to what it should be. if you test before swapping out switches you'll probably see what i'm talking about.
