海が台風などで荒れている高波と津波は別の現象ですが、この動画は津波ですか？どう見ても海面が激しく上下しているだけの「荒れた海」で陸地に甚大な被害をもたらす津波とは違うと思えるのですが、東北の震災があって大津波が発生した時に、その影響で海岸に通常と異なる変化が起こっても、それが津波と言えるかどうか別問題ではないですか？
殊更に海面の変化を津波だとすると、この荒れた海の様子を津波と思って甘く見る事に繋がらないか心配です。
