I made this last night and paired it with your butter potatoes. It was FANTASTIC. I was terrified because I've never cooked an entire chicken before. I substituted the wine for chicken stock and used dried rosemary (all I had) but the bird came out so Soft and MOIST we didn't even need a knife to cut it and eventually just went at it with our hands. Huge hit with everyone. Thank you so much! (don't forget to dry the chicken very very well, chef at work told me this is the most important part 🤷♀️)
This was the best roasted chicken ever tasted. I made it for my son and his wife for dinner. My son is a excellent cook. I am good also but he is better. I made it with sweet potatoes , potatoes and onion roasted in the oven all together. He raved over it. Thank you .
