Lyrics: Pride
Times are changing for the worse
Gotta keep a positive outlook
Growing up in such violent times
Have some faith and you'll get by
Thinking back when I was a kid
Times have changed so much since then
All grown up I gotta do for myself
I refuse to depend on anyone else
Life's hard, you struggle some times
In the end I'll get what's mine
But for now I'll deal with the times
Have some faith and you'll get by
Times are changing for the worse
Times are changing - I keep
I know my family is there for me
And without them where the hell would I be
But still I gotta try to be my own man
Make good of what I got - do the best that I can
Madball is awesome. Them and hatebreed are my two favorite hardcore metal bands. I'm super pumped for their new album. Infiltrate the system is my favorite album by them.
Yeah, please do Biohazard - Punishment
Just seeing the bond you and your son share on camera is awesome
Madball originally started as a side project for members of Agnostic Front. The singer from Madball and the singer from AF are half brothers and Roger (AF) started Madball so his brother would have a band to sing in. If you've never checked out the NYHC documentary you should.
Have to check that out. What is the name of the documentary?
It's just NYHC documentary. It's on UA-cam. ua-cam.com/video/dT2bujjYlTY/v-deo.html
Didn't expect this. I love Madball and have all their albums. I got into them through Agnostic Front. Big fan of the NYHC scene eg. Sick of It All, Cro-Mags, Pro-Pain, Crumbsuckers, Biohazard, etc. One thing I do love about Hardcore is that the lyrics are a lot more positive than metal. Where Metal can be pretty negative, Hardcore lyrics are just the opposite, they encourage you to stay strong and over come the obstacles in your life.
This is one of the reasons I turned to hardcore and punk in my teens and walked away a bit from metal. I found empowerment in the music.
Yeah, exactly. I love the video for Madball's Stay Strong...the title says it all. Even Biohazard's lyrics are very positive.
Biohazard was one of my favorite bands in my teens. I just felt a strong connection with the lyrics. Same could be said of NOFX and Pennywise more from a punk side.
I still pop on older Biohazard from time to time and still really enjoy it. I loved the last Agnostic Front album, the song "Old New York" is such a great sing a long, and I'm excited that Sick of It All are working on a new album.
Gotta Go is one of my favourite AF songs but One Voice was the album that introduced me to the band
Remember this song from a Roadrunner “Drilling the Vein” VHS (remember those kids?) I always used to fast forward it, but recently it’s grown on me immensely. Can’t wait for the Biohazard reactions.
Freddie(the singer) is the little brother of Roger Miret from Agnostic Front
Always blows my mind when you manage to do a Throwback Thursday where I not only don't know the song, but I haven't heard of the band either. I guess I wasn't paying as much attention during Headbanger's Ball back in the 80s as you were! That said, I've LOVED the recent Faith No More and Queensryche Thursdays, two of my all-time favorite bands.

Good reviews guys. 2nd go around for this. Advent Sorrow - Pestilence Shall Come. Thanks guys
The singer is the brother of Roger singer of AGNOSTIC FRONT
May i recommend Shylmagoghnar "Transience". They are a Dutch two man Atmospheric black/Melodic death metal band
When I go out I usually have burgers, when I do the food shopping with my mum we go to the shop cafe and the burgers are so good!
Almost as good as Naglfar - Harvest! While the madball guy is pissed off, Naglfar are much more intensely misanthropic.
Wintersun is in Toronto on October 9!
I will be there!!!
Head bangers ball 🤘🏻😎
hey guys check Opera Queen - Phantasmagoric Symphony (Official Video)
Himsa- Big Timber
Now do the reaction video for the BRAND NEW SONG and COMEBACK of As I Lay Dying / My Own Grave!
Do some Cro mags please
Please react to Nachtblut - Lied für Die Götter! :)
That song is my new favourite. This is a Symphonic/Melodic Dark Metal band from Germany. There are elements of Black Metal, Gothic Metal, Death Metal and Doom Metal etc. in their songs. That's why it's called Dark Metal.
New School Hardcore... New York
Bro roger the Singer from agnostic front n freddy madball the Singer in madball are siblings :)
Howling sycamore - Descent to light
Please react to "Epica - Crimson Bow and Arrow" please!! It's a new song from Epica from the upcoming EP "Epica vs Attack on Titan".
Love Madball if you want to hear a heaver song check out Down By Law by them which is my favorite.
I had a friend who enjoyed these guys. They were one of the weaker hardcore bands of the 90s, IMO.
Pro-Pain were the legends and still are IMO. Biohazard killed it. Earth Crisis was extremely heavy.
Madball just sounded generic compared to a lot of the other Hardcore bands of that time.
madball invented what all those band did later dude
Pablo Jarel I 100% disagree. Gary from Pro Pain was in a Thrashy Hardcore Punk band called the Crumbsuckers in the early 80s. Well before Madball was even formed.
freddy madball is the little brother of roger miret of agnostic front. hes not as tough as jamie jasta lmmfao that is the farthest from the truth cause the DMS dont play around, track suits wife beaters and gym shorts are apart of the hardcore style.
react to some 40 below summer and nonpoint.

Happy to hear you like madball too. I saw them live last year in a small hardcore festival in finland. This year agnostic front is going to be there. Born strong or doc marten stomp for next to watch from madball.
I will be posting the new album review soon. The new one is so badass
Realy looking forward the new album. I don't watch/read reviews on albums I'm going to get anyway. Like to keep my mind clean for the first time.
