The first lever you weren't sure about is the hydraulic oil pressure. Raise, neutral, and lower. The second lever you said is speed isn't speed, is the position of the PTO.
I got one of these and I love it. Hard to find info on and even harder to find parts. The lever in the center is for the rear hydraulic remote and the one by the hand throttle is to raise and lower the rear lift arms. Yours is in much better shape than my so it was nice to see the labels that I cant see. Thanks for posting this video.
@8:15 that is to raise and lower your three point hitch the one on the right . You said they raised it in the side is to lock it when your taylor is on then it's not dropping too deep
