It has been several years since I've had exposure to Xactimate and was really intimated about getting familiar with it again, because I never considered myself to be that good at it years ago when I did use it. However, these two into classes you presented were done so well, I am encouraged and excited about learning more and gaining an adequate level of proficiency in Xactimate. I concentrate on my students (especially any one that is struggling) to constantly look for better ways of presenting the material so everyone gets it and has the tools to excel.
