She wasn't just bullied. She was tormented, tortured, molested, harrassed, ruined in every way. Bullying sounds so light for what really occured. Even the amount of scars all over her body isn'y enough proof to show how broken and damaged she really was. Worst part is no one protected and helped her except for that nurse. :((

This is why it annoys me when people criticize adults who come forward with their bullying stories about celebrities. Binged it today and trust me this is gold! Moon Dong Eun is a phenomenal character built with an intermixing of complex emotions. Neither blind with rage nor overly melodramatic, She is clever and precise, perfectly mindful of her plans, goals, and their repercussions, Dong Eun was a girl who was turned into a woman by pain and pain alone. Therefore, fate doesn't scare her for she's been scarred since she could remember.
Her silence and ice-cold eyes with a subtle hint of a smile upon her lips, remind me of a calm before a storm. I'm patiently waiting to see how Dong Eun's fate will turn out after she completes the unfinished business with her so-called 'friends'. Rooting for Dong Eun Yeo Jeong partnership as well!

I know it's make-up and prosthetics but I was literally crying with him when they showed her scars. Imagine having strong feelings for someone, not knowing anything about them and then the first thing you see are those battle scars. It would definitely hurt in so many levels because you know you can't do anything to help ease the pain. This is how you know his feelings are pure and strong, he looked at her scars with anger and pain, not pity and disgust. And the part where he corrects her by saying that those are not ugly scars but injuries. In a way, you can see it somehow eased her heart 'cos it's not her fault that she got those. She's a victim, and those are not just scars but are serious injuries inflicted by bullies who deserves nothing but bad karma and a one way ticket to hell.

This scene was the most powerful scene in the drama, it was such a powerful yet vulnerable moment and SHK just ate it up and left no crumbs. For the first time she let her guard down and showed her scars, she let herself feel vulnerable because deep down she wanted someone to feel her pain and carry that pain, sadness and emptiness with her. You can literally see all those emotions on her face, it was a phenomenal acting from SHK. This scene was so powerful, because it was not easy for her to lay herself bare in front of someone, and especially someone who has feelings for her, and she specifically did it under the light because she's not ashamed of those scars cuz they represent her pain. Also, this scene was extremely hot, him saying "Who do you want me to kill first" made me scream and clap, I was like finally someone who's willing to die for this beautiful woman. She's been through hell and she deserves someone like him, someone who would kill anyone who would even think of hurting her.

Congrats to The Glory Team, from actors, (special mention to Song Hye Kyo who has proven her worth as an A-list actress in a different genre) scriptwriter, director and the people behind the scene for making such a masterpiece of a job.
I guess this is just a cinematic depiction of how bullying in any sector of society can crush a person's dignity and ruin his life. It's truly scary yet with a lesson. But the film is really good and worth watching over and over again. Bravo 👏👏👏

This is by far the most powerful scene. It was heartbreaking watching it. Amazing story telling by the writer and cinematography, followed by great acting of the the two. I'm still not over this scene, this must be the reason Kyo was very thin during the filming. Her baring it all.
I knew this would bring out the best in her, acting wise. The last time she had a performance like this was That winter wind blows, tho after watching some of her dramas there was a talent in her that was somehow always overshadowed by her appearance and the male co star she has been paired with. She just needed one piece of work that will challenge her and will bring that out just like what happened in TWTWB, and this is it. This is the piece that cemented her acting. I hope she will choose her next drama that will challenge her even more, she has a lot to offer and she has not reach her full potential just yet. Her acting was always clever and people don't get that sometimes that why she is being typecast as cold and timid, and I get that. But with glory, with her clever (methodical) acting combined with her raw talent this is the result, though there is so much more in her still! ❤❤❤👏👏👏

I know song hye kyo really can give an acting more than we could ever anticipate cuz she's really great ever since. This is also a great representation of the scars that are invisible to the naked eye. People can be repelled by emotional scars even when being vulnerable is the only way to really connect. The ideal relationship is with someone who doesn't turn a blind eye to you and still desires to be with you. While the risk of rejection is high, it's better to know the truth sooner than later.

This scene was really gentle but I think it was the first one where I got a real feeling that he had a patch of space on his moral compass that once touched, meant that this person was better off dead to him. Like oh, he's morally grey but I wonder what the perimeters of his boundaries are since he's a pretty decisive character. He's got that in common in her, they aren't greedy for their own lives but their hatred is like longing that won't dissipate.

Song Hye kyo literally portrayed this one so well emphatic to each scene of the character n other cast too in their respective roles , i like how he is always supportive of her n don't question her but is concern for her till end . I know I’m probably wrong, but this series made me realize that sometimes, embracing your hate, anger, grudges, and resentment… are sometimes the only way to keep moving forward or to even move on. Like in the next scene when the guy is seen jogging and then at his therapist to say goodbye. He says he’s sleeping, exercising, and eating again… after he lets himself be consumed with his own hate. Not a healthy way for most people to live, but when there’s no closure or enough is not done to punish the perps, I do get that letting go is probably never going to sit well for some people.

The community sometimes has this stigma to blame the victim not the abuser just because the family background are not so well off. .
Just imagine how she went with the trauma bcoz of the abuse. And no even adults were there to just even console her. . She kept it herself.
