He plays the normal version of age of history 2, if you want a mod then the best one that I recommend for you is "Conquerors 2.1". The mod has over 100+ scenarios, economy politics and has reworked the ENTIRE battle system and even more that would take over 30 minutes to explain.
love age of history 2 it's good game thats cheap, also here is a idea you could do your empire series(and reforming empire series) in age of history 2 just a suggestion but it would be fun
