Been really enjoying Blackout. So nice to play a different game that I enjoy after the massacre that is Battlefield 1.

Just imagine if Logitech stuck the sensor that's in the g pro and put a trackball on it...
I would really love it if they did that, most reviews I’ve seen talk about that one downside of the track ball not registering at high speed, so basically no flicks.
If they manage to make a accurate high speed G series trackball I’d be a happy man.
@@peejay4813 I need a different trackball to decide, ‘cause I’ve been using an elecom trackball for bout a year now, it’s okay but fast movement still don’t register that well.
in all other games it’s great, especially No Man’s Sky with the spacecraft. But in APEX and League where you need a lot of flicks, it gets a bit janky.
@@peejay4813 people been saying good stuff about the Gameball, but I still need to get my hands on that to decide.
So have you just always used a trackball?
What amazes me the most is not that you use a track ball, but the fact that you left click with middle, scroll with ring, and use the index on back/previous button. I just bought the ergo and was looking for people gaming with it. 20 years on a mouse, it's quite the challenge to change now. But it is really less painful for my hand so I'm trying.
What are your sensitivity settings?

Default DPI for this mouse should be 380. I play at around 17.25 in-game sens for Blackout (I don't play it as much as I used to). 45% in-game for Battlefield V. Thanks for watching!
How did your transition go? :) I did the same 3 weeks ago and I've been using the Ergo like this person since then and training daily on mouseaccuracy website. I am currently at 80% of what I am able to do with a mouse.

I still use one. I find that so long as one long swipe can do a 180 you're all set.
Consult friend and I have had a whole collection of Razer and Logitech mouse, since there are only those two brands in my country, I would like your opinion when I want to purchase a Logitech MX vertical mouse, since of the brands that I mentioned, none of them fit to my hand and the grip type, I would like to know if a vertical gaming mouse is viable, thank you.
This needs to be implemented into next gen Console controllers. It's been DIYed by people but Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo need to stop using analog sticks for look/aim and just keep the left stick for movement only which the analog stick is great for.
I've used a trackball mouse since 1999, only way I can play PC games and be competitive. That's a cool idea though making a trackball for your thumb on a controller.

Do you invert Y-axis? I am working in switching but can’t figure out if I prefer inverted or not.
Inverted feels more natural to me. I think it's better.

can i ask what your mouse settings are for the mxergo? mouse acceleration on? thanks!
I use the default DPI which I believe is 380. I don't use the Logitech settings at all, so mouse acceleration should be off. Windows sens is 6/11. I'm currently playing at 17.25 sens in Blackout and 45% in BFV

middle finger on lmb and ring finger on rmb
@@MetalSlug0390 How long did it take to adapt to the mx ergo trackball, I understand why I don't have any more traditional mouse options for my medium palm grip hand, they only sell them in my logitech and razer apis and I didn't have good comfort and with long hours of gaming I my hand and fingers were tense, that's why he hands me the trackball now, Since I am left, my index finger is on the left click and my middle finger is on the right click.

It relieves your whole hand.
@@GreenStorm01 I used one for few months and sold it at the end. It gave pain to my thumb. Vertical mouse is much comfortable and no pain.

Yes most people do not use trackball mice for gaming. They’re fine for general computer usage.

@@mounir347 because his mouse movement is so fast with that trackball mouse. So watching it in 60FPS still hurt my eyes.
