I’ve never understood the whole keeping things in their boxes. I’m a transformers collector and always take mine out the boxes, I may keep their boxes if they are a higher end figure but will never leave them in their boxes. Like you say it lacks the enjoyment.
I've always loved the Funkos! A friend collects them too, and I'm still deciding which "category" I should chose to collect (since they are not always cheap. I'm thinking Overwatch?
