Can I ask, when you say your AMH was 12 (normal at 15, low at 2), could it be your antral follicle count instead of AMH any chance? Thank you for sharing about your journey openly. Hi Rhona, apologies to ask on this video, but it seemed the most appropriate one out of your selection. What is your opinion on dating patients? I know the official BDA stance is to decline and maintain a professional relationship. However, if the patient has been referred to you by their general dentist for some basic cosmetic work, is it possible to date the patient after they've done the work? What about if you've just performed an initial consult and they choose another dentist. Is that still frowned upon? Thank you. Inder
I am so surprised your gynae did not inform you to not exercise! I got my eggs frozen recently and was strictly told not to do ANY heavy exercise or lifting until my next period as it cases ovarian torsion. Also 19 eggs is a sign of OHSS. Oh my, you poor soul. You must have gone through hell. Yours sounds like a bad case of OHSS. Again, I'm surprised the doctor didn't give you preventive medicines for it. I was put on it 2-3 days before retrieval!
Great video, thanks for sharing. I've been thinking about doing the same thing. It would be great if you could talk about price and have your Dad talk about the thawing process. Khloe Kardashian recently mentioned that her eggs didn't survive the thawing process which I never even knew was a thing!
