Blair - I can’t help but notice your honesty lately. You seem so much more open and less uptight in a way. I don’t mean that in a mean or rude way, I honestly prefer it. I just want to say, cherish every moment with your dad. My dad is no longer with us, he passed away unexpectedly and watching this just made me cry. You dad seems great and I love how sweet and nurturing he seems. Like I said, just cherish and take in every moment! 💜

If I had a dad that was a laywer doctor pilot and surgeon id want him to protect me everywhere I went. Blair feels so protected safe and secure around her dad. I love their bond. He has a high level of respect for her.

This video was a little bit of a lesson for me. I really didn't spend too much time thinking about Blair's dad before watching this video, but I guess I had formed a vague idea about the guy based on the fact that he's a doc in Tennessee. I imagined some super-conservative, "I'm always right" type of guy. And then, there's this low-key, open, sweet, smart, insightful dude who radiates real warmth and has this wonderful relationship with his daughter. He's just lovely and I loved watching these 2 interact. Very cute.
Seeing you with your dad, I can't help but tear up. My dad passed away when I was 22, and I didn't get to do these kind of things with him. I never asked him about his side of the family, I know very little of his childhood, because at that age you think you have all the time in the world, and when it's gone you really don't realize how much you missed out on until you're much older. Your dad is precious, and adorable. Cherish every single moment and memory with him.

My dad passed when I was 13 and I LOVE seeing you and your dad have the relationship that you have. It makes me so happy for you and your family and that you have a way to document these times to show your kids and grandkids in 30 years. We all hope that our parents live forever, but that isn't the case as much as we want it to be. Keep making these memories, going on trips, filming it, taking photos, and just documenting the times of you just sitting on the couch with you're family. They don't have to be shared on the internet, but to have the ability to keep these memories forever is something invaluable.
