From my personal experience of acting, all I can say is these two (especially Sam) has done massive research on how to make this character appear larger than life on Camera.
They worked on small details and made everybody fall in love with the show.
But these are all professional partnership works , they might be best friends but certainly not romantic partners .
I'd like to see the uncut version of this, the banter between questions. Otherwise, Fun!

They not only work together, they also travel together, stay at the same hotel and share the same secretary called Jessica. Sam takes care of Eddie, her cat when Cait isn't at home. He said recently that he is the owner of a table she has in her appartment where she appears during her interviews

Ok really cute interview, and they're adorable together, but what was that disrespectful comment about picking up a disease in Thailand? It's inappropriate, ignorant and has lowered my respect for these two. I was such a fan until that disappointing moment. Serious let down. It was going well until the end. How do tourists visit the country to enjoy its benefits and then turn around and have such a derogatory attitude towards it? It's disrespectful and dehumanizing. And when people take part in that, it makes me question those people, and of course, it is very disappointing when those people are held in high regard. And look at this. Now, no one country can be the butt of any jokes about diseases. The whole world is in the middle of a pandemic. Many people have died in so plenty of developed country. But guess what? Thailand's rates are extremely low.. way lower than Ireland. They have a robust Healthcare system.. What a surprise. So. everyone needs to stfu about the running joke regarding having to be checked and "cleansed" before and after visiting.
