At least you still can spend to get the cards. I have been missing every event since the last update 2 weeks ago. Their support has replied me but still on the way retrieving my guest account back. It almost 2 weeks and this small issue also can’t resolve. Greatly disappointed.
No. The game has never leave my phone until now. Here's what happened: 1) SuperStar Starship has an update in APP Store. 2) I have been using guest account all along. 3) I didn't know "that update" will sign every player's account out. I just blindly went for the update. 4) After successful updating, I tried every single method to sign in but there's no option because I'm using a guest account. 5) I immediately emailed their support team after login failed. 6) It took them 1 week to reply me. I immediately replied them back by creating a Dalcom ID (so that they can bind my guest account back). 7) Another 1 week has passed and I still haven't heard back from them till now. Such a disappointing experience with the support they giving. 15th Dec (support email sent) -> 22nd Dec (StarShip support replied) -> 22nd Dec (I replied back) -> until now 30th Dec I haven't gotten any response. @@Nurulssrg
