The service station peoples asked to give them battery for replacement,.we did send in May 23.
But still awaiting the new battery
You should have not accepted replacement.. did this when battery is under warranty??
Yes,the battery is under guarantee.and since May 23,we don't know where it is lying.

We purchased this Pluto 7g e scooter,but the battery never gave us more than 70 km per charging.
Then inspite of full charging result were more upsetting as it were giving only 20 km per charging.
First six months vehicle giving range after this very headache

3.5kw ki battary se 201 ki range with 40 ki speed pe impossible hai apko agar sponsher karna hi he to bole kar karo logon ko gumrah kyun kar rahe ho

Jab Ola paisa diya tab ola best tha. Aab pure ev de raha hain toh wo best hain. Promotion kadhna padhta hain paisa earning k liye, wo samajhta hoon. But uss time toh aap uska cons nahi bataye? Aab wo kaise kharab ho gaya? Ek brand ko achha batane k liye dusra wale ko defame kadhna jaroori hain kya? Ola 4k iska 3.5k, kaise iska range jyada hoga? Speed nahi hain, iss liye? Iska speed kaam hain, yea wala cons sidha sidha bol dete toh kuch problem ho jatah? Ola ka service network sahi nahi hain, main agree kadhta hoon. But iska toh network naam ka cheez hi nahi hain 😂😂😂

Friends why making pure ev vehicle very worst company. Is not standard vehicle. Every part in this vehicle was problematic . Is children playing vehicle. We used this vehicle and for battery and every problems company not supporting us. In pune all dealer closed showroom bcs company not supported them and battery is major problem.
Pls don't make video on this vehicle. Why ARDAI APPOVED THIS VEHICLE. IS NOT SAFE VEHICLE.

Please check all the videos on pure ev before buying. I am from Hyderabad and the factory is in Hyderabad. You will loose all your money.
E Pluto 7G model bought 3 years before and have completed 1Lac KMs But still it gives 100KM range per Charge. Apart from body and parts , Motor and Battery is unbelievable.
