Awesome info. The old pictures were great. My question is, what would the purpose of Billy and Jesse meeting be? They were very different. It seemed to me.

Has the relationship between JJ and WS Moore been well established? Otero said he met Jesse through Moore at the old Adobe Hotel.
Maybe all those burros were essentially a 19th century shuttle bus for visitors between the hotel and the hot springs?

Billy was a member of the knights of the circle. This is probably when Jessie gave Billy the orders to go to Lincoln County and the war that made him famous. Go read a book called the Yankee and Cowboy War. This time of the years the old boys who tryed in 1860 were still giving it the best shot. I have become very interested in the new facts about the counterfeit currency Billy and the gang was running around with. The love of money is the ROOT of all evil.

Really great content! I thoroughly enjoyed watching this, and like another person said in the comments, it took me almost 2 hours too to watch it all. I not only paused your own pics but compared them with what I saw on Google Maps, and my own memories of the castle's campus. It's interesting to notice a building now that actually displays a very similar 'portales' structure, just like the Adobe Hotel. There's a cool building one can visit now, a little bit further up on the path that would have stood between the Hot Springs Hotel and the Adobe Hotel, which is called the Dwan Light Sanctuary, where you can experience being bathed in a rainbow thanks to prism structures. In Vegas per se, where the jail stood, the street that crosses Valencia St. is N. Gonzales St. Thanks for such interesting info!!
Absulutely riviting vid guys. I was pausing on every picture and really scrutinising them. Took me about 2 hours to watch 35 minutes. So interesting. I believe what Hoyt said, why should he lie about it. Also didnt Miguel Otero say he saw them eating dinner together too. Great vid guys. Josh you're like a walking Billy encyclopaedia 😊 Thanks guys.

So my question is, between Jesse and Billy, who has more songs written and movies made about him? I mean, this is important stuff! 😁
Now on a less serious note, 😇 is there any indication that this was an arranged meeting? Did each find out that the other was in town and say, "Let's do lunch?" Or was this just pure chance? I realize that's probably all speculative, but good fodder for discussion depending on what the possible topics of discussion might have been.

Jesse a train or bank robber and Billy a custler rustler, i thought had never met.
J Frank Dalton who came out as the real Jessie James had his Birthday Party in Merrimack Caverns and Brussy Bill was there. Jessie summoned all the gang that was still alive to celebrate his 103rd Birth day. Pictures are all over the net.
