There used to be a fan made music video for this song knocking about in the early days of yootoob. It featured the aforementioned fan in his trailer, singing Somebody Told Me rather aggressively at himself in the mirror. Then, as he exits his trailer (presumably to sing aggressively at his fellow trailer park inhabitants), he is attacked by multiple ninjas for no apparent reason (perhaps for singing too aggressively?). He defeats the ninjas and dances his way around the trailer park, singing the chorus over and over again (with aggression).
It sounds silly, but that video had all the hallmarks of never saying no to a good time and not giving a damn what anyone else thinks :)
Please pass my gratitude to your 10 year old C (and to your 50 year old if you like) for reminding me of that video :)
