I don’t know if you are into embroidery or have some yarn… you could use it to sew up the slit in a decorative way and it could be nice! Either way I think it’s good to alter thing how you would prefer them, so you actually use it!

You are so brave! I usually don't mind the pen loops, but I spilled ink on my cat over kanda cover's loops and have been considering it. Hmmm.
Fabritac is the best for gluing fabrics down
if you had a curved needle and some thread you could also do a stitch through those holes to stitch it up

I wondered about using something like fabritec too! I wonder if it would seep through the nylon at all... I am no where near crafty enough to know😂
