i think you should try paying more attention to some songs before you remix them the super hardcore drums and intense basses really ruin the rhythm of the vocals and end up overshadowing the ambience the melodies here also seem much more mute and unexpressive, although that may be because of the mixing, again, overshadowing it (just want to point out, I don't think the mixing is bad, it just doesn't fit the vibe of the song) i'd suggest looking at the original's flp to get a greater understanding of how and why everything works in it (it's linked in the description of the official upload) im sorry but i think you really dropped the ball on this one, and i hope you can understand where you could've done more intelligent decisions.
Yeah no The main issue is not even about the electronic drums, bass and stuff. The mixing has fucked up compression, yet i couldn't fix it cus my headphones, i admit, did me dirty there and this led to the shitty mixing here. It ruined the sidechaining, the balance and, as you say, ruined the vocals rhythm. Not even the mastering saved it, so we got what we got for now

this version of the inst doesn't compliment the vocals whatsoever and is way too loud/ruins the faker vibe of the whole song imo plus i cant hear the voice line at 2:57 either this mix is alright 3/10
