    How long does it take you to prep for a game day?

    • @DeckerdBR
      @DeckerdBR 7 днів тому

      Too Long! But there is nothing worse than being at a game day and not having something you need. Or a gun not working because you didn't test and maintain it properly. There are enough random problems in airsoft without me adding to it 😂

      Back when I was playing every weekend...I'd prep while watching "Blackhawk Down" or something similar the night before.

    One of my favorite parts of playing is getting all my gear ready. I know it’s super dorky but there’s something special about it

      💯 this. Can't sleep the night before unless I've sorted all my gear out :)

      My team play around once a month, betweet that time its either, get a whole new gun or get stupid amounts of upgrades done till next gameday, maybe update the drip. Gameday comes everything breaks, repeat.

      @@6mmbadger yeah, I have the Airtac adapter, but I think either mine is faulty or my Balystik Regulator might be too slow in its refresh rate but I get feeding issues and miss-fires in full auto using the recommended EPM-1 mags. It's an issue that does not happen in full auto when using the TM long mag that came with it. So I'm out of action with it until resolved 😕

    Hey I also got the C&C dog leg railed dust cover, and I wanted to ask if it's normal to have some slight wobble
    I know it's supposed to be pinned to the anchor point that attaches to the rear sight bracket, the way I understand it is when you tighten the screw of the anchor point/joint it pushes against the metal so it expands in the bracket and becomes tight on the rails of the bracket
    But it also kinda widens the pin hole at the same time slightly .
    Also obviously it's not a snug fit with the recoil spring locking tab that's just AK things also
    Just wondering if there was a mod or a fix, it's not an obscene amount of wobble and it is a shotgun but it's tickling my OCD lmaoo

    • @6mmbadger
      @6mmbadger  7 днів тому

      Yeah mine wobbles a little bit too mate. I haven’t noticed much of an issue because it’s a shotgun and only a rough zero for the red dot. I’m sure there is a fix but haven’t tried one I’m afraid

    i might have missed your reasoning why. but you load your mags a day before? one day might not hurt the spring to much. one of the first things i learned about mags was always keep some gas in them and dont leave bbs in them ( if mid/low caps ) with high caps make sure there's no tension on the system. just to keep the spring in optimal condition.

    • @6mmbadger
      @6mmbadger  7 днів тому

      Yeah I don’t have that much time so always load day/ night before. Yeah I try not to keep any bbs in the mags for long periods of time and also always keep a small amount of gas in them. I don’t use High caps but that makes sense?

    • @alexisklingler7279

      Its pretty common where i play its was asked coming prepped. so bb in the mag so you can play faster when all people a re here.
      Its a forest and we only have the morning to play because its a public area. And if you want to swap replica they don't have to wait on you

    Bummer I’m not going to battle lab tomorrow 😅, I’m heading to Wildlands with some friends tomorrow. And question about battle lab, do you by chance know if they allow the use of small propane tanks over green gas? Trying to save some money by going with propane but that wouldn’t matter if I’m not allowed to use it. Recently got myself a gas pistol that I’ve been wanting to use more but the price of green gas has kept me tentative on using it more while playing.

    • @DRoyfitness
      @DRoyfitness 8 днів тому +2

      @isaiah57294 green gas is pretty much propane. The only difference propane has a chemical additive to make it smell bad in case of a leak at home. All fields will allow propane if they allow green gas

    • @isaiah57294
      @isaiah57294 8 днів тому +2

      @@DRoyfitnessyeah I know that I just wasn’t sure specifically with battle lab sense it is an indoor field and because of that they may not allow it due to the smell. Figured I could ask someone who’s going if they knew or not to be sure.

      I actually filmed that two days ago and played on Thursday night mate. I actually think Battle Lab dont like propane! Not sure if they ban it, but I heard someone say no propane. Might be worth sending them an insta DM. I have played Wildlands and had some great days and some not so great days there!

    • @6mmbadger
      @6mmbadger  7 днів тому +1

      I think you are right but this field could actually ban it.
