Thats a slap in Gods face to believe its Gods will for you to be sick. If its Gods will for His people to be sick then why do they take medicine to try to get rid of the sicknes if its Gods will for them to be sick? They would be disobeying Gods will if they run to the doctor to try to get better. Isnt that right? God wants His people to walk in good health.

It’s not about effort but it is about obedience. Salvation is a free gift, but if not appropriated by faith and repentance it is still a gift in the open, it does not mean one possesses it even if he knows of it. So it is with healing. Conditions are set by God for humans to follow, while he will do what he promised to do. Read all the “if”s in the Bible... then draw your conclusions.
