They also just seem a lot weaker in comparison and darksied wasn't just one "alien invasion", did you even watch the movie this reboot was born from? As well some of the dialogue is so flat and boring even though we had Constantine and Batman banter previously. Honestly it's all got a layer of cheap and underwhelming coated on it. Too each their own on dialogue but at least they're not basic and safe the old ones because they never were doing anything new or went somewhere new.
