GUYS! Atlantean Driftwood can be obtained by combining Trident Rod w/ Hasty (or any other enchantment you prefer) + Garbage bait (gives you a -250 Universal Luck). This is far by the easiest method you can get them and try to fish the left side dock in moosewood :D
