My husband has always been really into the gym & I started joining him regularly about 5 months ago. He knows a lot about everything so he's been really helpful to my progress. I've never been a cardio person (because I suck at breathing lol) so I have been doing weights & focusing on my strength in the gym. I was one of those girls hesitant to do so but it's SO worth it and it feels so good to feel strong. I love watching my biceps flex as I work them out haha. I can just tell already that weight lifting isn't going to make me look unnatural & bulky... It's toning my body & just giving me overall strength. Thanks for sharing your fitness journey. Hi Harris and Kenzie, I do have a question. I’m currently trying to gain weight, because I’m like way too much skinny (55kg for 180 cm). So I currently trying to follow a body plan to gain some muscles, I’m like on the 5th week and even if I eat much more than I did, I’m losing weight instead of getting bigger. I do 2 to 3 meals a day, and do no take additional substances (protein powder or something else). I do eat a lot of eggs, chicken and turkey by the way. So, what could be the tips to get bigger by gaining muscles ?
