Curve Fitting with Polynomials (Regression Analysis) in MATLAB: polyfit, Least square fitting MATLAB

Curve fitting, also called regression analysis, is a process of fitting a function to a
set of data points. The function can then be used as a mathematical model of the
data. Polyfit command is used in MATLAB for curve fitting. We discussed fitting data with polynomials of different order.
