@@jefferyjr.939 yes he is, just watch the anime until the lastest season. Todoroki is just mid hero, his quirks is strong, but just like that, not so amazing.
@@dareee695yea true Bakugo just exceeds Todoroki in combat, power, agility and reflexes only thing I would say Todoroki is better than Bakugo in is range.
