- Some more Audio equipment up for review today from Creative, this is the Creative Stage V2 Soundbar, a near perfect budget sound bar that is great for TV setups, but can also be used as a great under monitor Soundbar for your PC setup! It also comes with a subwoofer for some extra base!
The Creative Stage v2 2.1 surround sound sound bar offers exceptional gaming performance, and great sound quality to compliment your gaming, movie or music listening session! It has an array of connectivity options including AUX and Bluetooth, all of which we will talk about in the review. Its a a very compact, small sound bar which in my opinion looks best on a PC desk setup, but tis a also a great budget sound bar for small living rooms.
In the review I will do a Creative Stage V2 sound test for those of you who want it. Also, there's no Dolby Atmos!

I have been looking for soundbars to replace my speakers for like 3 weeks now I think I might actually grab this, great review!

Is it possible to somehow connect this to a surround reciver, so i can use it in a 5.1 surround system???
What kind of microphone were you using in the bit where you demonstrated the music playback? The sound comes across as very muddy, a bit like there would be a carpet wrapped around the speaker 😅 whereas in for example the segments where you're speaking your voice is very clear.
Same one my friend, I just edit my voice overs a lot to make it clearer aha 👍 honestly as I said in my video I strongly oppose sound tests for this very reason, but I know some people like it 😂

Did you happen check if the TV's remote can control the soundbar's volume? That's a HDMI CEC functionality (the same standard that turns soundbars on and off with the TV), which is pretty basic for soundbars, but I cannot see anything about it in the specs or anywhere else for some reason.
does the Bass, treble and volume reset to default values on power off? can it be fixed with any firmware update??
No it can't be fixed. They reset when the power is cut because the soundbar has no onboard memory to save the settings, it does however power up to your last used input mode.
@@KoalaChinguOdd yes that's true. But after using it, I kinda like it since I don't have to worry about setting it on a high volume and startling every one.

@@TechItEasyCollective in all seriousness, I have some questions about this product. My desk is not quite spacious, and it is stuck to the wall and there are three drawers occupying all the space below. I can’t drill any holes to route the cable underneath my table, so if I were to purchase this soundbar for my PC would it be okay to put the subwoofer on the desk?
Edit: would it help lower the vibration if I have a full cover desk pad?

I read critics on reddit page. And Yes turn off apparently.
How loud can it get?
In a word.. Very. For its size, I think it go's beyond expectations
can't help but to comment that...this sound bar is just not up to par for those who are looking for a decent speaker. I've owned the T40 and both Stage v2, and i packed up my Stage v2 right after listening to it for 5 mins. T40 is just too much better in terms of clarify, mid, and even the bass. T40 may not have the punchiness on the bass but the overall clarity and fullness of the sound make up to it. Stage v2 sounds... hollow, empty, muddy bass, blurry mid, and..just not as good as reviewed by many online.
commenting this so that ppl will not regret like i do after buying Stage v2. and the price for T40 is the same as Stage v2 now (promotion from Creative Lab in SG).
Yes, T40 doesn't have the connectivity options like bluetooth, but the sound is just at another whole new level as compared to Stage v2.

The t40 isnt much of an improvement though, both of these soundbars are pretty terrible compared to 5.1 soundbar systems.
Skinny little woofer and an hilarious bright LED display always on which must be highly irritating for anyone who’s bought this hahahahaha…. Terrible design
I put a simple piece of duct tape on it.
