Kaveh B Thanks for your comment, I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I don't feel it being softer at all. Perhaps the first 8 days when the thick hair wasn't growing back yet (but there was thin hair growing all over still). The mustache is definitely less dense in this video, but I wouldn't say it's patchy. It now seems to be slowly g(r)owing back to normal though.
@@muffy2293 when you pluck, there is a chance you can destroy the follicle and hair won’t grow there anymore. But it takes a while to regenerate a new hair too…
DarwinBeats Bro,i have one question..two months and a half ago i plucked my beard in two spots .hair grew back, but it is not as dense as it used to be.i never did this before.is this going to be permanent?i noticed improvements over the past two months and a half, but now there's no more progress.it is like half from what it used to be ?
No, if you look at his very first beard plucking video, he has those sames patches on the right side. You just can't notice them as much because his beard is shorter in that video. Facial hair never grows in completely symmetrical.
Now I'm curious what would happen if a man plucked their beard for an entire year then tried to grow it back. Would the body adapt in such a short time and stop growing a beard? Would it take years to get a beard back? Would the body just resume the process like nothing happened? Would the type of hair change? I'm curious. I'm just not entirely sure I would want to put it to the test myself. I plucked one beard hair not long ago to see how it felt, it wasn't a nice feeling. Times that by about 15,000 (my facial hair is about like his) over the course of a couple days and I'm not sure I have the pain endurance to handle that. Especially doing it for an entire year. I would predict that after a year, my pain tolerance would be higher, my facial hair would be finer, and it might take a couple years to fully "recover".

i watched today, november 23/17 the shaving video, quickly looked at the date and saw "november 4" so in this video, when he said, "and back to today, december 1st " and i was like "EXCUSE ME? Since when its already december??" haha and then i saw this whole thing was last year hahaha
Did you or have you trouble with ingrown hairs? or not at all? Wondering if you had troubles in the past with ingrowns or is it just that normally you don't? Greetings!
Greetings! I like this question because I was curious about exactly the same thing. I sometimes get ingrown hairs from shaving normally WITH the grain (I almost never shave against the grain). But usually it's just 1, rarely 2 ingrown hairs that way. After the plucking, I got about 4 ingrown hairs, and they went away on their own after 2-3 days so it really wasn't a problem. Ingrown hairs from shaving are thicker so they last longer before coming out.
I have been plucking my mustache and goatee for almost 20 years i was 17 when I started plucking this pesky hair on my face but until now they are still growing I assumed that multiple plucking would help to stop the growth of those pesky hair on my face. another problem of mine everytime I plucked on the upper lip always gets redden My dad pluck his mustached to regularly but his mustache is scattered he is not fully stubled and bearded type but his skin on the upper lip never reddens my get reddens I Notice to your video that your skin on the plucked never get irritated. I hope you can feature my question to your blog
I plucked my beard a couple of times to style it but over did it cos im an idiot, will it grow back? I am really anxious and worried it wont. Does shaving also affect the growth of the beard coming back after plucking?
Always pluck gray, white and silver hairs. From all over your body. Don't forget to check your ears and nose hairs. Pluck there too. Wherever you have hair, pluck the gray, white and silver. I plan to do this until the day I die. I challenge you to do it too.
Hey bog broda first ofall i would like to say you its a nice video for the beardos but i wanna know one thong that when i apply beard oils some of my beard and moustache sheds out so, will it regrow??? 🙂🤔......
They do, but it only takes one good yank to take out the root of the hair. That's why women who plucked their brows too thin in the 90s started really regretting the decision when thick brows became more popular and they just can't grow them anymore.
Please help me i plucked my mustache and its patchy as pluck im scared it wont grow and im stressing a lot could you post a video or photo of you latest recovery ?
Give it at least 2-3 months, you'll probably be fine. It's normal for it to come back slowly after plucking. Mine's not patchy anymore, it's as if it had never been plucked.
Thanks a lot i feel more reliefed then ever. I just couldnt imagine myself with a dirty looking patchy becouse my hair is very thick ad it hurts my skin sometimes and i think id rock it. Its funny how mine came of even patchier than yours but im gonna begin being optimist thanks again have a wonderful life 😄
Hei man can i ask you something , sometimes by mistake when i pluck with my hand a beard hair does it regrows back ? becouse these times i have been plucking some beard hair and sometimes i think that it is not going to regrow
Plucking the beard destroys it forever, even if you only do it ONCE. I know because I've done it, and continue to do it. Hairs lose their straight shape and their colour. Only do it if you plan to never grow a decent beard again lol
His name is Cou Kalantary. I am pretty sure that, from his last name, this means that he is Iranian. His accent does sound French though. Therefore, he could be ethnically Iranian and French nationality-wise.
You're a lucky SOB. I used to pluck a few hairs here and there, the scraggly unruly ones that liked to stick straight out of my face instead of laying down. The ones on the front of my face always grew back. Then I tried doing the same thing to the ones under my chin/jaw line, you know, the ones that hang down and scratch your neck that a lot of guys shave off but keep the rest... first time and guess what? Those didn't grow back. It's been like 8 months and every time I look up and under my chin I can see a gaping hole in that shit. Pretty pissed. Think they're gone for good, not sure what to do, think I might be making a trip to Bosley if they never reappear. Not something I saw coming. I wouldn't make a habit out of that if I were you.
i did this once to a small patch on my neck..did it over and over every time it grew...it no longer grows anymore..but its on my neck..a part that i shave anyways...so
Kind of too bad you missed deeper biological analyses. I'm wondering if there any actual differences between a shaved->growth beard and a plucked->growth beard. What do you think about it(your hair)?

Has your beard got thicker? I have heard that plucking triggers some kind of response that makes it grow even thicker
That is a total BS, it can actually do the exact opposite, you're damaging the hair follicle when plucking hairs out.
