I have a pair of AT15. Incredible sound. Can’t be beat in the year 2023. Old but certainly my favorite. Especially if you want loud full sounds. Thumpers !!
Still love Cerwin Vega after owning them continuously since 1980 when I got my first pair , HED 12” 3 way’s. Since then I’ve owned AT 15’s , D 9’s , D 7’s , D 5’s , and now have a pair of CLS 215”s with 4 matching CLS S 15 subs. I did have a pair of E 315’s , but couldn’t stand them and sold them. Oh yeah I do have a pair of LS 12’s now too. And I have boxes of sets of cerwins I plan on building my own creation. 2 pairs of D9’s , a pair of D7’s , in boxes , no cabinets. A few other parts too , 6 baskets from D 9’s , too much to keep listing. I thought it was just me but I see a lot of Cerwin nuts and collectors out there.
Thank you so much for posting that 👍 I was always looking for that perfect full on sound with the thumping bass but without actually hurting your ears and found it in a pair of 1725’s 35 years ago. Don’t know if you guys have heard of them but they were rare here in the UK 🇬🇧
I’m so sorry it’s been 35 years so l forgot what they were 😂 that number referred to the serial number of the left speaker They’re the 1215’s and were known as the 80’s party animal 😂😂
@@The-Only-Gubby Yeah mine are so old they must be the Mk1’s. Originally l had them hooked up to 4 x 200 watt EAR 549 mono blocks going through a Prophet pre amp and the sound was amazing. Couldn’t afford the running costs of the amps as the servicing and re valves was like £1,500.00 a time, so had to sell them ☹️ Worst day in my life 😢
I love that they are using one of my favorite demonstration tracks on dynamic range from 4:38-4:58 - "Tricycle" from Flim & The BB's. Look it up. Crank it up!
Can you re foam mine too, just need to order the stuff.. hard to hold back sometimes, don't need the spider hurting. VS -150's for 33+ years. At's,D's same range we all love our kids differently. Sorry Re guys.
@GUBBY Wow this is so cool! Which model is this? It looks like an AT-15 but with the port in the front like on some of the D series. I’ve never seen these in the states.
The speakers they made in the disco era where better than these, 1975-1980. I still have a pair of 217r, they are very rare now, and hard to place a value on them.
The guy talking to the speaker was the maitre d in Ferris Bulers day off. " I'm abe Froman" "Your the sausage king of Chicago".
Love it!!! Me and the wife just watched.
Can't wait to show my father, the guy who got me into Cerwin Vega!!
i really like it to. not 4K but it make you smile for sure :P
I had never seen this ad before! I like it, as I love Cerwin Vega! 🤓❤👍👍

I'm big fan of Cerwin Vega speakers, sounds much better in punch bass than Bose, amazing.
Bose is a reference for you?
@@AlbertKel yup.
@@svenenemolaffson9199 ok.
