Kevin explained that the feds tried to get him to sign the same paperwork after 21 of his family members were arrested and roped into his case. Kevin explained that he was not willing to cooperate with the feds on any level, adding that he knew his family members were innocent. On the flip side, Kevin admitted that his family members would've had to do their time if they were in the game with him.

Some people are willing to take that risk and take it to trial and call the government's bluff. A lot of people take plea deals and cooperate instead of hiring the best legal representation and taking it to trial. Always remember it's the job of the prosecutor to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you are guilty, not for you to prove your innocence. It's innocent until proven guilty.
