The other thing I noticed. They made a light batter with the season and chicken and then put the chicken into the dry flower then put the chicken in the oil

The first one, was by far the best fried chicken, but they don't do just the breast. I'll take the whole chicken, but don't cut it. As for the others, don't cut slits in the raw chicken, I don't want the chicken meat to taste like fryer oil, so I'll never buy your chicken.
Mga kamamamayan.. para po malaman ninyo na makapal ang harina nang binibili ninyong manok... NAMUMUTI po ang mantika(kahit sobra na init) palatandaan mo yan ... WAG na tayo umulit sa kanila...
If you need to poke your chickens just to know if it's done, you aren't a good cook and you don't know how to fry chicken correctly. That will dry out your chicken, it will taste like cardboard.
Food taste like garbage if it is prepared by perfect cook, street food prepared by amatures with semi skills tastes perfect.... So stop complaining abt everything garbage eater....🐷
Dapat po inuna nyo niluto yong lumpia ,hindi dapat nauuna yong manok,kasi ang manok may salmonella na bacteria minsan kaya hindi dapat magprito sa pinagprituhan nang manok.Not a good practice 😮.
