I was thinking the same thing but I wasn't sure because I'm no expert. I researched it a little because when I talked to my therapist about a mental breakdown my dad had, she initally thought it could possibly be schizophrenia or bipolar so I did some light research on schizophrenia and a lot of the signs are there. She sounds extremely delusional and like she suffers from visual and auditory hallucinations.

My guess would be they fall into the 99%. As August stated it's a self fulfilling prophecy that makes them feel happy because then they feel their life has more meaning ( as harsh as it sounds) then what it truly does. Every life has meaning, but most conspiracy theories are made big by people who want to believe they are above others as a privileged few who understand the truth when the reality is they are actually running from truth.

I had a co-worker who had Lyme disease. She lost her short term memory, amongst other issues, so if you told her someone was on hold, waiting for her to pick up the phone, she'd forget and you'd have to remind her. Whatever THIS is, is BS. These folks are insane. Lyme is not a gift. From speaking with her, it was a curse and she hated it. For these lunatics to come on any social media, and claim this is so wonderful is an insult to those folks who have suffered from this disease.

Going back to the short-term memory thing I literally thought my ADHD was just getting worse cuz I didn't know chronic lyme disease was a thing. Although I was bit by a few ticks when I was younger I never got the rash and in the 90s and early 2000s you were taught that if you do not have a rash you do not have Lyme disease 🤷‍♀️. 100 not true and I'm just now starting Lyme disease treatment. Damage to nerves (which he has) is the slowest of all medical conditions to heal. But Ren is a scrapper! He fights and fights, and I actually think that when (not if! @@deadinside8781 Lyme disease is EASILY cured in about 2 months, on the RIGHT antibiotics, and if they are administered right away. Problem is there aren't some accurate tests available, so this is an illness that more often than not is misdiagnosed, because the early symptoms look like a host of other diseases. The longer a person has the bacteria in their body UNTREATED, the more damage gets done, and the harder it is to cure.

As someone with Lyme disease I can honestly say your panic attack is definitely not from other people's ancestors. Your grocery store panic attack could be caused because walking through the aisles makes you feel sick and lose control of your legs if you have nerve damage from the Lyme disease. If the Lyme disease has eaten part of your brain you're probably just having a migraine from the lights. you could also just be having a panic attack because Lyme disease increases the chemicals that cause panic attacks. Lyme disease increases your anxiety and if you already had panic disorder you will need a lot of help to try to deal with them. Also panic disorder medications do not work as well if you have Lyme disease because of how strong the anxiety is so you need a higher dose.

Its pretty common with psychedelics. Mushies/LSD etc. I went through a phase of taking so many that in between the trips, if i unfocused my eyes and looked at the floor, a pattern would start gliding around all across my vision,or if i did it for an extended periods while looking at someone they could shift in to a sort of amorphous shadow shape. I still have it years later where if i do the eyes unfocused thing, random lines of shadow etc appear if im in a room, or if im outside it can start to seem like its raining and other random visual distortion effects.
I suspect this chick is big in to psychedelics, which really is so obvious it almost goes without saying. This kind of magical, highly spiritual thinking is very common amongst users that go down that naturism sort of path while consuming trips, and i should know because i found a lot of worthwhile things about how i percieve my life and nature and reality from those experiences. Some things i honestly think many people could benefit from. The problem is people can go off the deep end with this stuff and end up losing touch with quantifiable physical reality, and why magical, spiritual thinking has to be tempered by actual reality.

I have lyme disease, I also grew up with scopophobia (Fear of always being watched). My first year of having lyme, that phobia intensified so much I thought someone was real and right behind me. Used to be just afar. Peek around a door, a corner, walk outside, I thought I was truly gonna see someone or something there. As time went on and things became worse, I was coming up with weird and delusional reasons as to why it was happening like spirits or past life stuff coming to me. I eventually started to have my first hypnagogic hallucinations going to bed and waking up, now that I had a face and voice going with this "real" presence feeling breathing down my neck it only encouraged or "confirmed" delusions. I had physical problems starting and had to start IV antibiotics which I'm glad I took (A moment where I didn't want it in fear I'd lose my delusions) because looking back, I have no clue where any of that would've taken me and how much it would've changed me. Still have an occasional hypnagogic hallucination and still have scopophobia but it's all at an controllable baseline and not so far gone I'm fooling myself. I hope she gets the meds she needs if this truly is happening to her because not all doctors know how to handle lyme disease but act like they do. But because it was only "officially identified" in a medical journal in 1976, people think it's a new disease. If I was a scientist, I'd be interested in researching the incidence of Lyme disease amongst Native Americans. One study says that at the moment 97% of Lyme sufferers are White. So I'm thinking that perhaps Natives, through thousands of years of exposure, have developed some genetic anomaly or some other defence against it? After all there are several diseases (such as malaria) that Native seem to be immune to.
