Oh my god... Im making another video on the no sticky bombs situation. This just goes to show how lazy the development on GTA Online is!
Churn out shitty content for super low prices and effort and profit times 50… classic rockstar move. The ai ruin the experience of freemode too constantly having the annoyance of seeing the cars quite literally crab walk across streets to perfectly set you up with two or three cars you have to dodge that generally are perfectly in sync with your turning/speed.
Welp time to deleting the game the moment I see the next video about it

I finished the missions excited to get the car. Spent a few minutes customizing it and went out for a drive to be shocked by this. I genuinely thought my game was bugging because I couldn't believe this could be intentional...

And you can't drop cargo, or you can but it won't count, I had it happen to me once. I've also had a glitch where the entry marker for the Terrorbyte of the Acid Lab won't spawn meaning I can't get inside, so have to send it back, wait out the timer and try to spawn it again, and that one has been around since the Terrorbyte came out.
I saw a comment in another video about the Virtue that basically said that its just lazy coding, since in the game files the Virtue's armor mod is literally the same as the Brickade's armor mod, which also doesn't allows you to throw bombs from the vehicle, maybe you can check this to confirm

@@GhillieMaster I heard this as well, that a certain line of code to disable thrown projectiles, which is =true in the Brickade, was copy and pasted in the Virtue. The sad thing is, even though this takes seconds to fix, Rockstar is gonna take umtil the new summer update to change it, if they follow their previous track record.

That's not its only issue. The front bumper options (at least the bolt on splitter) adds a really low collision box that cause it to sometimes flip over when it hits a bump or curb in the road. Basically the same bug that happened to one of the Contract update's super cars when you put on the wrong mirror.
True indeed but I find that it has bit better steering and when you run into cars it’s a LOT easier.. p.s you just gotta speed up a little for that to go away

Honestly for me I didn’t like any of front or rear bumpers and splitters options. It’s a bit much imo
They just have to mess something up. There’s literally nothing that doesn’t have a flaw in this game. It’s like they do it on purpose.

I can kind of understand it when compared to the other imani tech cars. It’s significantly faster than even the fastest imani tech vehicles so it would essentially obsolete many of the other options.
It serves a weird passive niche now with limited offensive capabilities
The Omnis E-GT has superior handling, Buffalo STX has the wheelie-start (being a muscle car) and the Patriot Mil Spec is the most bulletproof.
The Virtue wouldn't have obsoleted any of these. Only all the vehicles that I haven't meantioned - which in turn already are obsolete. The Champion is pretty cool, but I'd rather use one of the above.
@@K1NG_of_ReVeNGe1 this isnt even true, having played each, the omnis doesnt handle that well at all compared to most cars about the same as the virtue, the stx wheelie start is literally useless as its only good because its a muscle car which have awful starts. making it only on par as rwd cars not awd cars. and the mil spec is not almsot bullet proof. the armored plates dont even make the windows actually smaller, it justs cosmetic like the weaponzied tampa. its easy to be shot out of it. the virtue should have stickybombs but everything you said is wrong.

The armor code is a copy paste of the Acid Lab armor and has the throwables_disabled flag set to true, just like the Acid Lab.
I hope this is an oversight but even if it is it will not be fixed

@@GhillieMaster the unpaid janitor who was coding was probably too lazy to open the Criminal Enterprise folder to copy the egt armor so he grabbed the Acid Lab script instead
It's literally just a copypaste job but somehow took an armor of a entirely different vehicle.
Note if u haven’t collected miss baker car or English Dave car the car won’t spawn until u do

Your best bet is the Ominis EGT in terms of it being an electric Imani tech car that has armor plating. But hey, that’s my opinion anyway. But if the Virtue does get fix where the player can throw sticky bombs out, then I can install it on.
I still add it on because of one of my friends who enjoys me getting angry. And no, I will never get over when I bring out my new truck after buying and customizing it. My friend pulls out a salvage and destroys it. Like I could never have shit in Los Santos.

I have to say it's a nice vehicle. Not having stick bombs does not really affect me all that much, but the heavy armor is good enough to compensate. It's one of the more good-looking Imani tech vehicles. The missions to get it were fun even when soloed.

I’ve noticed it handles weird when you drive in the LS river near the Maze Bank. When you drive near the water but not in it, you drive a lot slower while still actually on land. You can even hear the sound effect of driving in water while you clearly aren’t.
Is because the last 2 front splitters or whatever theure called will drop the frontends hitbox why theres water on land well welcome to rockstar
A little update:
Stickies work now
On my own observation I found out some vehicle upgrades majorly reduce traction and handling of the vehicle like roof options, wheel types and back bumpers I strongly suggested for all of those options to be set to their default
Other than that any other upgrade increased either the speed or traction
This on the newer consoles or PC?

With the "fancy" options installed the car was pretty bad, but now very happy with it. Be careful what you change, more expensive options with body stuff does not mean it improves.
My thought is maybe this is a bug that may have occurred when adding it to the game so maybe next week when Tez puts out the tweet about the security patches, maybe it will say "fixed a bug with sticky bombs not used when applying armor plating to the Virtue. That is a big maybe but I think either way, this is a car I have already fallen in love with just for the acceleration and armor alone.
Same here. I really don't play on public sessions with my friends. We make an invite due to it making more common sense not to get our fun ruin.

Many great people are multiplayer fans, but they are the exception not the norm. At my age, my patience with griefers, etc. is absolute zero. My R&R time has to be R&R.

I was hoping that this would be my replacement for my Buffalo STX but apparently not lol.
Tbh I still prefer the Buffalo because it can do wheelies (so Im not getting stuck as often) with all the Imani tech and it’s pretty fast too, so all round it’s a pretty good car for me.

@@Good-VS-Evil777 tbh bro out of all the Imani tech vehicles that I own. The Buffalo stx is the best one imo. I use it way more than all of my other Imani tech vehicles. It handles better and the wheelies help me out of places where I find myself getting stuck and to jump over barriers, guardrails and whatnot. The RC feature along with the mini guns is used best with that particular vehicle because is not too heavy and has great agility. I can rack up many kills with no problem. Its very versatile so Its one of my most used cars when in combat. When In heavy combat against scramjets oppressor and tanks I go with my toreador.
Rockstar suddenly caring about balancing lmao. With the Precision Rifle, Alkonost, Annihilator Stealth, those just were lazy design with zero attempt at balance. This was an obvious attempt by probably a sub-contracted skeleton crew who designed the entire crap ass DLC to balance something they thought was OP. They clearly had little knowledge of the game they were designing this DLC for. Seems like a trend in games these days for newer inexperienced people to step in and start introducing nerfs and balancing mechanics that make gameplay extremely awkward and feel poorly implemented just for the sake of making something more difficult. Honestly this whole DLC is showing how disgusting the staff at Rockstar is becoming.

Rockstar: Hmm maybe we should balance this somehow...
Rockstar after they patch this we have fixed an issue that didn't let players throw explosives out the virtue but we balanced the armor and nerfed the speed it now takes 2 rockets with armor and one without
Should've matched up against the non-HSW Cyclone II as well to see if they have near identical acceleration as Broughy claimed...
I've also noticed that the ocelot virtue is slower if it has armor plating, but it doesn't to me since I don't want to get blown up easily in free mode while driving around with this car. It sucks we can't use throwables or have bullet proof windows
the bigest issiue with this car imo is how bad the traction is, evry time i try to turn the car just spins out

Im having fun with this car.. the fast acceleration is definitely a plus on the mk 2 brates .. but yeah no sticky bombs are a minus when peaple are on foot trying to shoot you or especially when you have a night shark abuser..

You have to remove the armor plating from the car in order to throw sticky bombs. It’s kind of dumb, and you shouldn’t even have to do that. I think this is a bug. We’ll have to wait and see.

Yet, with the amount of explosives already in the game, disabling sticky bombs might be a grace. Perhaps it suggests that “Virtue” will restrict its own force. Arms control and de-escalation are totally important and necessary concepts right now. War no more. 🕊

MOC Cab, Nightshark and Omnis are tanky and fast but you can throw stickies
It’s completely insane how this vehicle is just given to you because it is completely ridiculous. And the way how gtao channels are just casually talking about it like it’s just “another pretty good vehicle” is even more mind boggling, it’s like when you watch video tutorials of people talking about the oppressor when it first came out, and like the oppressor I feel like this is going to be completely omnipresent and potentially even annoying at some point.
I'm still waiting for the ultimate weaponized All in one car with Armored Kuruma type bullet-proof glass resistance with tank like MOC explosive armor, rocket boost, Shoot missiles and fly, and go underwater. You think it will ever happen?

It still baffles me that R* have not added anymore cars with bulletproof windows ever since the one & only Armored Kuruma... Bullet resistant windows are not practical enough for a lot of PvE scenarios...
@NatureXwars Yeah I know right. I've been saying the same thing for so long! I still can't believe that out of the many vehicles and aircraft included, that the Armored Kuruma is still the only car that has true bullet-proofed windows.

I think they got so many complaints from mk2 infants getting sticky bombed by these cars that decided to hear them out and remove sticky bombs from future imani tech releases

I sincerely hope we’ll get stickies available for this some time soon. I agree to 1000% that rockstar manages to somehow kill any expectation one may have at any given time. It’s amazing how consistent they are in that department
I love this car. The speed helps you dip in and out real quick oppressors can barely keep up if you’re driving well. This car has opened up a world of oppressor trolling opportunities. I’m loving it.
The other day I’m in the city getting griefed, I’m in the virtue and start cruising, 2 people after me, one I think was Batman and the other oppressor, I kept them chasing for ages, couldn’t get me. Eventually the car had been hit too many times so I pulled out the grotti and genuinely started leaving them behind. Quick call to lester, off radar, couple texts to tell them they’re doing a great job and back in the city.
Imani tech has given some semblance of balance in the game against the oppressor and equipped on the virtue = S tier!
Think what you said about not enjoying them chasing, heavy missed opportunity for fun there. Pop a couple slick mines, they spin out on a corner you’ve already braked on and climbed out to pop them. Trust it’s their turn to cry lol 😂
Yeah but at this point in GTA I get greifed more by armored cars with sticky bombs than I do by the mk2 or jets. Mk2 and jet now have easy counters but the armored cars are getting to be a problem. Game has become less of a place to hang out and mess around with randoms and more of a warzone. Really hope GTA 6 is more like GTA RP rather than GTA 5

Screw it, I'll say it, and I don't care who gets mad. The next update NEEDS to bring more fun and interesting weaponized vehicles. Heavily armored super and sports cars are nice and all, but I want some new and interesting vehicles, both land and air, that can really shake up the meta

Why did they make the camera like Omnis (not the GT. Just Omnis) and the new electric cars in PLAYSTATION 5 Update? (Like Cyclone 2) Why did they make it like that, it's stupid. And it is way back AND really on the air. It is oriented too much to both top and the back side. The car looks small and it feels weird. We already have the option to set the camera to High in the settings, so why do that? I didn't understand it with Omnis either. I wish that was an additional option/setting as well, instead of just being permanently like that.

It turns out rockstar was being lazy like usual and used the brickade 6x6 armor code. That's why you can't use sticky bombs with the armor plating

I use this car just the same as the 300R. Just for unbothered cruising, the armor plates actually look pretty cool on both with decent paintjobs etc.
Omnis EGT, Patriot Mil Spec or the Buffalo STX are for combat

prolly a balance to give more intensive to use the ominis , Have you seen the acceleration? it destroys it . pretty balanced imo .... you also forgot to factor in the amount of windows , the ominis is one of the easiest vehicles to get minigunned out of unlike that tiny window in the virtue.

Either something is wrong with my Virtue, or PC version is different, cause I tested resistance to explosives myself yesterday, and it can only take 4 RPGs without exploding (no driver inside, and fully upgraded of course) 😐.

If I had to take a guess i'd say this is a bug that went unnoticed (in typical R* fashion) rather than an intentional feature.

On Remote you try L1 and R1 shoot can kill police but cant kill player
I actually finished the last dose missions in a hurry just to get the car and well rockstar really dropped the ball on this car it's faster than the omnis but oh god why remove the option to use explosives.
PSA TO EVERYONE
Just use the Buffalo STX. It's the best all round. If you learn to feather the accelerator(literally just lightly press RT) properly it drives like a supercar.
Thank you for calling this shit out. I feel like so often Shitstar gets a pass on all of the things they do to make the game un-fun. The worst thing I heard about all the Dose missions is that we don't end up caring about any of the characters and there's no meaningful story. But I feel like so much mechanically was overlooked by so many players and UA-camrs.
I don’t know, I feel like the Omnis E-GT is pretty OP when smart players use it. They basically just get one kill with a sticky bomb and then run from you the whole time using slick mines to slow you down. Jets and savages don’t work either because they either hide under a bridge or another one of the many great hiding spots they have available to them. If the Virtue had sticky bombs, it’d essentially be an Omnis E-GT but with less seats and lighter. Otherwise it’s much better performance wise. I think people it would be pretty OP for it to be an improved version of the Omnis E-GT (from the PvP perspective of things). It’s already hard enough to kill an E-GT. Imagine trying to kill a Virtue that can chuck sticky bombs and spam slicks. I also kind of disagree with the argument of it being lighter and therefore easier to kill, because as you showed in your video, you recovered fairly quick and theoretically could’ve taken the nearby subway tunnel in a PvP situation. That’s just my opinion though.
It actually really is, a lot of Imani Tech users grief other players using this or the STX but he of course purposely forgets to mention that…
@@G4ME_H4CK I have never been griefed by someone in an Imani Tech vehicle. Only run over by the RC versions unaware of where they are.
@@GhillieMaster The fact that you didn’t experience it yourself doesn’t mean that it doesn’t happen, obviously it’s not as easy and common as the Mk 2, orbital, god mode or whatever but it still happens. I’ve seen many Imani tech users (mostly e-GT, STX and Champion) chasing and griefing noobs then hiding like rats when someone attacks them back.
@@G4ME_H4CK You can chase down and kill noobs with any vehicle in the game. That doesn't make it OP. A smart player can make any vehicle OP. That's not the vehicle doing that, then. What determines if something is OP is the difficulty of using it. Where as the orb, Oppressor Mk 2, Lazer jet. Those are all easy to go around and murder the entire lobby. Not gonna be doing that in some armored super car
@@GhillieMaster You can’t compare the incomparable, they are still OP in their own way when put in good hands, I’ve been attacked several times and trust me they can be very annoying when you’re on foot or in a regular vehicle especially when they use the ones with bulletproof windows and machine guns so I can’t imagine for an average player or noob.
It reminds me of the people griefing with Nightsharks with windows plating upgrade but at least they can’t throw stickies, only MGs.
Also I never got attacked by their RC variant, only players inside.
How do i equip the armor and missile jamming?
Its not bad for free, but the lack of stickies is incompetence which is becoming par for the course.
Sucks cuz I love electric cars and love being able to throw sticking bombs out during missions. Guess ill stick with tezerect. At least it has glowing rims, and drives great.
I completed the mission and after 2 min dax call me and told me about the car but i didn't get any mark on map(i even go the place where you can get it but there was nothing and ya i did try changing session) anyone know what should i do?

Since you can't throw sticky bombs out of this, I use this with the rc control unit to fight and troll griefers and it works well
W rockstar for not let you throw sticky’s bcz it’s already annoying with other Imani tech cars
Secondary respray colour only effects the roof. No other part of the vehicle. There’s also the further away camera angle. But positive note, has the best first person camera I’ve used? Fully cantered & clear view.

Makes me so mad that I have to remove Armor plating to throw sticky’s! doesn’t make sense that when taking the plating off, the windows are the exact same, so sticky’s shouldn’t be a problem. R* is on that shit again. 😂

I agree. It's barely even an ornament and it is horrible to drive.
That the extremely stupidly designed active spoiler settings can't be overridden by adding any of the fixed spoiler options is an absolute joke. What a complete waste, I don't think I'll even drive it again.
It punishes you for it's own mistakes.

@Henri Harris Yes, whilst turning in one direction on one side of the map.
Then, drive across to the other side of the map, you will find you are now losing control in the opposite turning direction. It is super noticeable and makes for an awful driving experience. I should not have to do geographical based driving corrections. This is among the stupidest gaming mechanics I have ever seen purposely added to any game. Just why, R*?

Ik many things are illogical in this game but some things are no big deal imo & they just complain like it's the total dealbreaker...
@@NatureXwars We need a large voice to call out when things are broken in the game to get it to Rockstar's attention. They still haven't done anything with the 1st person passenger in helicopter glitch since the Contract DLC. Not having sticky's make this vehicle completely worthless to me & I wont be doing the Last Dose missions because of it. Rockstar needs to know when they are ruining the experience for their player base by larger UA-camrs without worrying of being billed the next Saints fan.
Lol, they still listen to the fanbase? Grant it they have for some features but those took too long to be fixed or added & I simply have lost much of my motivation to even tell them what to do or fix. Listening to others rant about it, especially matters that's totally irrelevant to me, is stress-inducing & I don't want to care.

This really remids me an unability to use drive-by weapons (pistols, SMGs, thrown weapons) on Open Wheel cars. Still makes no sense.
I'd say its better to counter Toreadors than the Omnis EGT. You only need to shoot the driver out anyway
I think this was intentional because given how tanky it is with armored plating and the best accelerating electric car in the game, the ability to use throwables gets disabled because you can just accelerate extremely quickly and chuck bombs out the window.
I will come back to this comment if I'm proven wrong with the next update.
This car has similar armour stats to the omonis egt. Which you can throw stickies
O hope it wasn't. The drawback of being a 2 seater and being so light is enough to compensate for the acceleration.

but many peeps here say it was, so im willing to believe the majority
acceleration and speed rockstar hardly consider with their armored vehicles, they more consider "how would it hold up compared to other armored cars" this held true till the omnis egt came which blew the armored car balancing out of the water, and used ultra specific extra coding to make the rpg tank identical to missile tank (this is usually done with a vehicle flag, the egt had no such flag)
So sad to say, but it feels like an oversight, and SINCE IT'S NO MONEY GLITCH ITS NO PROBLEM!
@@poglant true, but the Virtue can do that 5x better. You accelerate from a dead stop, throw and back away from a extreme far distance.
