This is referencing to blocky, a character in Jacknjellify’s BFDI series, which marker is from. The sound piece is from BFDI S1 EP1.

I thought this was fake. So, I hop on my private server and type it in, IT ACTUALLY WORKS. Idea: speedrun any marker IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER. so that would be 26 markers. … and 90 degree marker will not count because they do not start with a letter.

Poopy Blocky Marker is one of the official markers to not be in the Markerdex, the others are Left Leg Marker and Wanted Marker.
Poopy Blocky Marker is a reference to an image of Blocky, a character from the BFDI web-series, sitting on a toilet.
Upon touching the Marker, you will hear Blocky screaming.
This is one of the only markers that doesn't give the marker and also one of the only markers without a badge.
I still don’t know what Wanted Marker is! 😆

I like how people are saying this is a bfdi Easter egg but actually it is an Easter egg to something in the find the markers discord called marker viewer voting in which one of the teams being called “poppy blocky” and this image was used for it
