🍲Today’s dinner🍲
- Dumpling wrappers -
120g flour
120g bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
140ml warm water
- Dumpling fillings -
60g ground pork
60g ground beef
160g cabbage
2 pieces shiitake mushrooms
2 handfuls cheese
1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
2 pinches salt
1 tsp sesame oil
room temperature (cold one is better) of 2 Tbsp chicken soup
※ Once wrapped, cook as soon as possible
- Homemade chicken wing tips soup -
2 pieces sliced ginger
2 pieces sliced garlic
Some green onions
About 1200ml water
About 1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp sake (cooking wine)
2 tsp soy sauce
Some fried garlic flavour sesame oil
(Simmer for about on hour. I simmered for about one and a half hours)

I have been watching for over a year, and i found a love for food again. I live in an very small town on the gulf coast of the US. I order most my the seasonings from Amazon because we just can't buy them here. I learned to cook in a completely different style. Tonight I am making grilled prawns, miso soup with dumplings. Thank you so much for sharing your love of food with us. You may not realize it but you taught me to make so many dishes. I even bought some bento boxes for my son's lunch. The gyoza? Gyoza!! Gyoza~~ was so cute
So happy to see your face after all these years❤! I think a good way to prevent the wrap sticking together is add less water than usual and make a few wraps and turn them into dumplings as soon as possible. If the dough is too hard to turn into wraps, you can make it sits longer. Just never let the wraps sits too long😂
