I love period shows from the 30s and I like investigative shows BUT - The producers made Mason out to be second fiddle to Della Street. It is obvious they made here the brains of the outfit. They also made her gay for no reason other than politics - They also made Paul Drake black for the same stupid reason. I am sick of this woke BS being forced upon me. I stopped watching.

It’s crazy to me you care THAT much about a lady having a girlfriend and a guy being black. I bet you call other people “snowflakes” for much less. Maybe the snowflake was in the mirror all along. Also, you contradicted yourself in the last two sentences. How is anything being “forced upon you” if you were able to choose to stop watching? That makes no sense
