Abid sher ali looks very ill mannered and ill behavioured person. He is very young as compared to the old man qasoori. Our society stress to respect the elders. He is a on a responsible post and a politician in the present government, who is complaining of the bureau who gave qasoori his degree of qualification and is talking foul. Such person should not be a servant of the nation and should resign for his behaviour.
Sometime there are old ppl who needs to be taught a lesson for their acts and shut them up for their language and I'm not referring to this particular incident but in general from my experience
